Kevin Smith

Kevin is Vice President Field Operations of Fidato Corporation. Previously, Kevin Smith was a principal at Westland Heritage, a general construction company. Mr. Smith has a long history of both commercial and residential building. Prior to Westland Heritage, Mr. Smith was a principal at Cornerstone Construction in Honolulu, Hawaii where he worked with public and private organizations on new construction, as well as bringing historical and pre-existing structures up to current building standards.

Within the construction process, issues often arise. It is how these matters are handled and communicated that makes all the difference. Mr. Smith combines experience and expertise to offer practical solutions, along with pricing and schedule impacts, for timely and informed decision making. Mr. Smith’s goal: support customers in meeting their cost targets while managing the schedule closely and maintaining high standards of quality to ensure project success.

Mr. Smith proudly served in the United States Army.
